The special conditions (exhibition rules), the rules of the KR of the Raad van Beheer op Kynologisch Gebied in Nederland (Dutch Kennel Club) and the rules of the FCI apply. These rules form part of this registration form. By registering, you declare that you are familiar with these rules and accept them, and you can never invoke ignorance of the rules.

NB: for a KCM, reference is also made to the rules of the FCI because: 

a. the Raad van Beheer follows international rules.

b. the invited judge is an FCI judge and must comply with the rules for conformation judges of the FCI.

The entrant/exhibitor declares that the dog entered by him has been adequately vaccinated, either through (regular) vaccinations or through titer determination, the validity of which can be demonstrated.

The entrant/exhibitor declares that, to the best of his knowledge, the dog he has entered has not been in circumstances during the last twelve weeks that could pose a risk of infection with distemper or any other infectious disease, and that he will not enter the dog if the circumstances described above should arise.

Dogs with docked tails/ears may NOT be registered to participate in exhibitions, competitions, inspections and practical tests if the tail/ears have been docked for reasons other than veterinary (medical) necessity.

As proof of such a medical procedure, a signed, dated veterinary certificate must be submitted at the time of registration.
